With over 35 years of experience in human resources and workforce training—shaped by my career as a military retiree and college instructor—I founded Launch Success Group to turn that expertise into meaningful, measurable impact. We specialize in strategic innovation and business development, with a mission to guide both emerging entrepreneurs and established businesses as they transform potential into performance.

That experience sharpened our ability to design customized strategies that meet clients where they are, address their real-world challenges, and position them for long-term, sustainable success.
